Prepare surface for painting – prime if necessary.
Apply two coats of GF Lamp Black, allowing dry time between coats. Allow to dry.
Apply one layer of Foil Adhesive by brush or roller – do not overwork the material, but make sure to have 100% coverage. Allow to dry to a firm tack, approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
Using the Silver HS Foil – crinkle it up into a ball with the backside on the outside of the ball and pounce onto surface, transferring the foil. Pounce on approximately 85% coverage.
Repeat step 4 using the Chrome Foil to create 95 to 98% coverage. You want to leave a little black basecoat showing.
Apply one coat of the GF Topcoat Gloss to protect the surface and seal the Foil Adhesive. Allow to dry.
Mix together the Glass Bead Gel and AE Black Glitter – approximately 3 tbsp of glitter to a cup of Glass Bead Gel.
Using the Stencil Ease Spray Adhesive – spray the backside of the stencil and allow to tack up.
Position Bella Charm stencil at desired location and using the Color Shaper tool, emboss the stencil design with the Glass Bead Gel/Glitter mixture. Smooth the material over the stencil openings and do not overwork it – too much playing around will cause “bleed-unders”. Allow to dry.
